Infants & Walkers

You need a safe, secure “home away from home” where your child can learn, play and grow. We have a nurturing, creative world for infants to help their minds and bodies develop. Infants and walkers are unique and have their own patterns for play, feeding and sleeping. We use daily scheduled routines as our guide to introduce daily activities that will prepare your infant for life. Our staff offer a nurturing and creative environment for infants and walkers to develop their bodies and minds. We are committed to making this transition away from home easy and natural for you and your child.

Children at this age are curious about the world around them. They are busy exploring their environment and learning to communicate their thoughts. While they begin to exert their independence, they are also gaining a better understanding of group play. We emphasize the development of the whole child, by focusing on both education fundamentals and social skills. Our caring staff will keep small hands busy and young minds engaged through activities designed specifically for this age group. Your child will build skills and confidence through games, songs, movement and art, as we provide an outlet for creative expression. By encouraging child-directed play, we ensure that your child develops at his or her own pace. Sharing, cooperating and taking turns teaches your child the importance of sharing with others.
